Ms. Enakshi Alles is Sea-Change Partners’ Program Manager for the South Asia region. Enakshi is a marketer and business development professional with over thirteen years’ experience in the Apparel industry. Her expertise extends from an in-depth and practical knowledge of product development, a track-record of building long term customer relationships, and the ability to motivate & lead high performance teams.
For over a decade, she led marketing and merchandising teams at Brandix and at Hirdaramani Group in Sri Lanka, serving a number of international brands. Enakshi also serves as Secretary of the Zonta Club of Sri Lanka. Her most recent social affiliation was with the Non-for-profit organization, “So Others May See”, where she served as the Secretary to the Board in 2011, and she was a member of the team that organized the world renowned Galle Literary Festival 2012.
Ms. Alles holds a Higher National Diploma in Fashion Design and Marketing from the London Centre for Fashion Studies, UK, and a Diploma in Clothing Manufacture from the Clothing Industry Training Institute of Sri Lanka.
